(4 hours)</li> <li>Visited the costume department at BRIT with to find costumes and props for the shoot. Rented out clothes.</li> <li>Visited the location in order to help with planning shots. Took photos on a DSLR to help remember the location.</li> <li>Traveled to Clapham Junction with Lana  to a costume shop to buy props and costumes for the shoot. We bought a top hat, a rabbit mask, clown head with red wig. </li> <li>Had a meeting with Lana Al Zouheiri to plan the shot list and create the storyboard for the video. </li> <li>Searched for actors. Found actors for the Mad Hatter role and The Queen of Hearts.</li> <li>Planned the shot list and storyboard for a second day with Lana. Decided what actors would wear the certain clothes.</li> <li>Created a production schedule for the actors and crew.</li> <li>Booked equipment The BRIT School. Bought a clapper board.</li> <li>For the actors I contacted, I helped plan the route and informed them on travel costs and routes.</li> </ul><p><em><strong>Production</strong></em></p> <p><strong>Filming Day One 31.03.2013</strong></p> <ul><li>Brought two of the actors to the location via tram and bus.</li> <li>Brought the DSLR camera, the clapper board and the tripod.</li> <li>At the location, I set up the equipment with Lana.</li> <li>Helped the actors get dressed.</li> <li>Shot the &#8221;Alice shots&#8221; in the music video with Lana. Shooting lasted 3 hours.</li> </ul><p><strong>Filming Day Two 01.04.2013</strong></p> <ul><li>Brought two of the actors to the location via tram and bus.</li> <li>Broguth the DSLR camera, the clapper board abd the tripod.</li> <li>Set up the equipment with Lana and Billy.</li> <li>Helped the actors get dressed.</li> <li>Shot the rest of the footage that featured all of the actors. Shooting lasted 6 hours.</li> </ul><p><em><strong>Post Production</strong></em></p> <ul><li>Uploaded the footage to the computer.</li> <li>Organised folders to seperate sections of the video
